Design Loake

Loake shoes have been described as the unsung heroes of British Shoemaking and their new Design Loake concept just goes to show why this great brand deserve this title. Loake shoes originated in 1880 when three brothers Loake set up a shoe factory right at the heart of Northamptonshire (the UK's shoe-manufacturing capital). Their aim was a simple one; to produce the most comfortable, fashionable and durable mens shoes at affordable prices. Now, 132 years later, their company has gone from strength to strength and Loake Shoes are now revered throughout the world. Loake design is aimed at those looking for contemporary design with the traditional Loake craftmanship and quality. The shoe shown above and below is the Loake Wedge in an Oxblood coloured leather.
This amazing polished calf leather brogue shoe features a heavy punched wing-cap design and a leather wedge stack heel on buatiful natural crepe outsole rounding the shoe of nicely. This shoe and lots more of the Loake range is available instore and online from Fat Buddha Store now.
